What is disconnection and how can it have long term effects on the developing brain? Learn new ways to connect through play and some common barriers that teachers may face. This training is most suitable for 3-5 year old age group. Approved for 1.0 contact hour.


Emotions and Communication in Infants & Toddlers

Participants in this FREE training will learn the function of emotions in infants and toddlers. Learn how to promote and encourage emotional regulation and how to support language development through reflection and conversation. This training has been approved for 0.5 contact hours.


Building a Trauma Sensitive Classroom with Compassion

This FREE virtual workshop will focus on how strong relationships and compassion can buffer the effects of trauma/toxic stress which negatively impact development and learning. Discover how to add practical strategies to enhance student-teacher relationships and build compassion in the classroom. Also, explore ways to manage stress and build resilience through self-practice.
